Does Tework replace my email?
No: it works alongside it. With the Individual plan, Tework gives you a @tework.ai address, with your calendar, video calls and documents in one place. You can also connect your Gmail inbox: your email comes into Tework, sorted and summarized, without switching anything off.
Can I keep my company's domain name?
Yes, with the Organizations plan: your team's addresses stay @your-company. Moving your existing mail is planned with you at setup.
Where is my data?
With the Individual plan, on Tework's servers. With the Organizations plan, with us or on your own servers. The privacy policy has the details.
Does the AI read and send my email on its own?
It reads your email, calendar and shared documents when you ask it something, and to prepare your day, which is what you find on Home each morning. It sends, invites or changes nothing without your approval.
What is Tework built on?
On proven open-source software: well-known, auditable code, with no lock-in to a big vendor. And the site has no advertising cookies: it only counts its visits, without cookies and without identifying anyone, on our own Umami instance.
On which devices?
On the web, from any browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. On Mac too, with the Tework app for Apple silicon and Intel Macs, which keeps itself up to date: download it. The Windows and mobile apps are coming soon.
What happens after the beta?
We'll email you at least 30 days before it ends. Nothing becomes paid without your consent, and you can retrieve your data.
